Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (the boss themes are absolutely kickass and the level themes aren't too bad either). Dragon Quest 8 (the PS2 version, not the more recent 3DS re-release). Super Mario 64 and Goldeneye 64 (most of it is nostalgia I will admit; however both these games had fantastic soundtracks for the time and a few still even stand up today).
