An anime made you hate your entire race? It's not real dude.
-
It's the same as playing a video game and the subject matter leaves you questioning shit. Same can happen if you read a book Listen to music. Watch your favorite shows(s). Ain't nothing new. Just different ways of digesting it.
-
Yeah, except it's a retarded japanese cartoon
-
Just like it's -blam!- video games -blam!- Books -blam!- Shows Trash ass music And other forms of -blam!- media. Can't single out one when they're all doing the same thing my guy.
-
You actually take anime seriously when like 90% of it it just softcore cartoon porn
-
It’s easy to generalize, and stereotype when you don’t participate in something. And it’s easy to pick out a bad example, and curse the whole lot. To call all anime cartoon porn is just as ignorant to call all video games violent gore fests, or say sports are filled with nothing but idiotic jocks. Yes, there are awful animes out there, that try to get a pass on fanservice alone, but those aren’t usually the popular ones, and most people would agree they’re pretty awful. There’s some amazing, beautiful animes out there, like Mushi Shi (assuming it never went downhill), and Shiki. Anime is just as varied, in theme, and quality, as books, movies, western cartoons, and video games. If you don’t want to watch anime, don’t. I’m not much of a fan myself, actually. But to dismiss a good anime (like Shiki) because of a bad one (like SAO) is unfair, and an anime can still leave you with good life lessons.
-
Here come the anime heroes, here to save their precious cartoons that makes them feel better about themselves.
-
Did you not see me say I'm not much of a fan, myself? I only like 3-4 animes in total. My point is that generalizing an entire group of anything isn't a good habit, as there will be goods and bads in any group.
-
Lol you ignorant as hell.
-
Am I wrong?
-
You're completely wrong. I won't disagree that some anime has some weird/creepy shit but I have watched many anime that are not soft core porn, do not have submissive women, and do not have child pornography in them. Something I would like to point out is that the most popular show in America right now has tons of child porn, -blam!-, and brother/sister incest, so unless your willing to criticize American cinema as well you shouldn't go around talking trash on what other people like. If you're willing to have a civilized argument I am willing to keep this going. I am also willing to point you in the direction of some anime that have amazing stories/characters if you are willing to try. If not, enjoy what you like and I'll enjoy what I like.
-
Yup. If you assume 90% of it's cartoon porn then that's pretty ignorant. Then it also sounds like you're looking up cartoon porn. You fucking weirdo.
-
Literally everything I've seen on anime is either perverted guys and submissive women, or pedophillia. Also, that second part of your comment was weak. Try providing an actual counter argument.
-
If all you're seeing is strange shit then it seems like you're looking up strange shit. Ain't nothing weak about that if you, yourself, said 90% of anime you've seen is cartoon porn.
-
Please tell me why I would be looking that up.
-
I'm not you, i can't tell you why you'd look up something. But i can make that assumption based off the information you, yourself, said.
-
So by me saying I hate anime, you came to the conclusion I look up anime.
-
Uh no. By you saying 90% of the anime you've seen is cartoon porn, i came to the conclusion that you looked up cartoon porn.
-
You're an idiot
-
I've literally repeated the same thing over and over again dumbass. You gave a percentage, i just used it.

What makes someone human is their species. Anyone who says any sort of android is human is outright wrong, just by definition. You don’t call aliens “human” after all! But, the topic of what makes a “person” is a lot more complex than that. And if we can make, and program “people”, then morality comes into play, and gets even more complex.
