If you're pc, im sorry. On console, it pisses me off how easily people got it. Preorder exclusive my ass. Some of my friends didnt preorder D2 and they had coldheart before I did, and i preordered it.

No, i got it when I beat the story. My friends had gotten it too, a little after they had beaten it. (I dont have much time to play, so i finished the story after them.) It didnt seem to be a preorder exclusive at all.
