No, only things that would normally be removed, like faction or IB tokens will be removed as they normally would. Everything else will remain, although I'm not sure why you'd hold on to Cayde's maps beyond the week in which you bought them.

I'd assume they will have a chance at dropping new loot/engrams. I have 30 saved for a reason.

Of the maps? Aren't they useless after the week when you buy them?
