Exotic perk one: Standing Ovation: This weapon fires explosive rounds in full auto. Your stability increases the lower your health is. Quickdraw Exotic perk two: Encore performance: Kills when your health is low heal you. Kills when your magazine is low refill it. If both of these activate on the same kill, they are much more effective. This is designed to be a "last resort" weapon. Thanks!
