It might be the worm god that resided in oryx with Titan being a moon of Saturn it's quite possible that oryx somehow crashed into titans vast ocean and the worm god drew the hive to Titan. Just a guess though i could be completely off.

With oryx size wouldn't there be a giant imprint of him or like half the surface destroyed if you think about it
-
There is a slight difference between a big enemy and a moon of Saturn. Also, how would you leave an imprint in a liquid?
-
But we used Oryx's worm in the Touch of Malice.
-
Yeah as I said It was just a guess im not much of a lore nut, I forgot about the touch of malice. I suppose it could be related to one of oryx's sisters but again I could be very wrong I just like speculation, destiny is a game I truly have enjoyed since day one. I should probably look more into the lore I just never got into reading all of my grimoire cards.

I'm pretty sure Oryx crashed into The throne world version of Saturn, so the Saturn and Titan in our reality wouldn't be affected.
-
He combined his throne world with the real one though. That's why his death was so... weird.
-
Yeah you are right i just like the speculation, I'm not much of a lore nut but I should probably look it all up and go into it more. Though I did read the book of sorrows and enjoyed it.
-
Still the same Worm too.
-
It can't be the same. his worm is in the throne world. But we are in our own reality. Has to be a different worm.
-
No. His Worm was made by a Worm God in this world. So it, Oryx and their symbiosis were made in the material world. Even objects made in a throne world are still real, they can pass into the material world. Oryx throne world only differs in that the sword logic is the most prevalent law. So just like the weapons and armor you get in his world, his Heart is just as real as anything else. So yeah it is his heart. That is why he made the Book of Sorrows, so we could make Touch of Malice and keep his sword logic, the philosophy of the Deep, alive.
-
I'm doing all of this from memory so it could be completely wrong but didn't we kill oryx in his " throne world"? When we passed through the barrier at the beginning of kings fall wasn't that use getting to his world? And he was only truly going to die if we killed him in his world which we did. Idk if this relates to what y'all are talking about but it did in my head lol
-
Yeah Regicide was us trying to destroy his physical form. The raid is us killing him in his throne world. Anything we get in his throne world is real. So his heart is his heart. Doesn't matter where we got it from.

That thing killed itself during kings fall
