Another one who did not read the rules and regs.
Bungie listed the requirements.
Blizzard also listed requirements.
They put things in place to stop hackers cheaters etc from trying to manipulate the game.

you know that people get bans without any having overlays or background programs some of the ban got reverted, so there is a problem here

Yes, that is true. And if the poster is genuine he will get his account back. But as I stated yesterday "all prisoners are innocent" so they say. Cool name by the way I miss him and the others SO much:(
