easiest way to power level a character: -complete bounties; Both PvP and PvE; DO NOT turn in -run nightfall; gain rep boost -turn in previously completed bounties

I'd say run the nightfall first with a vanguard rep on then your gaining levels while doing bounties then turn in the bounties
