How can that be done on Xbox one?

It can't be. unless he is dropping you all legit guns (highly doubt it) he used a computer to edit the save and transfer it to his 360 then to his XB1 all he has to do is go into the save editor and change it

There is honestly no quick way unless someone is helping you. I dunno how good you are with computers but, if you have a 360. I suggest downloading a save. theres so many out there ready to go at max level with the best builds

I think if you get someone that's max rank, the glitch to Marcus shooting range still works. Just jumped back there the other day for fun. Look it up on YouTube.

I know about that one but I'm struggling at op2 I got lots of weapon but are at currently op8 playing solo as Kreig it's manageable but hard

Oh yeah I remeber that hahaha I had a save where I turned in 3 missions and it made you max level I made the XP that you get for the missions STUPID high now XB1's saves are all on the cloud. pain in the ass to edit
