Buy them from xur instead. Also max glimmer is only like 25000, its really irrelevant

Actually I bought about 900 or so heavy ammo packs last week for about 300 strange coins. He sells them 10 for 3 which is better than the 3 for 1 deal. Got me from rank 16 to rank 25 new monarchy
