The best bet in that case is to call Sony support. The error you are receiving is a console error, and Sony will be best equipped to answer specifics on that code.

  • I called Sony, for both consoles, and the first time I was told it must be a console problem so I returned it and bought a new one. But now I'm getting the same error code on the new console, and when I called again they told me they just didn't know what to tell me because I'd already tried everything on their list. They even suggested I try to contact Bungie support (LOL). I'm kind of at my wits end here, Destiny was the whole reason I bought a PS4

  • I think I'm having the same problem I downloaded the whole game but when it came to transferring game content it gets stuck at ten percent.
