I got the roll 3 for the Dis43 and can report that it's a beast.
I have a max stability Dis43 also, from way back and confirm the added kick from this weeks offering is negligible and I'd strongly recommend it. The HCR seem to be working as intended and I had some good kill streaks with it last night. It's a very good counter for snipers, especially when paired with a SA when it gets up close and personnel.
