Pretty sure you can complete the grimoire in private matches. For salvage at least.
Pretty sure those playlists are on rotation because of the low population playing pvp and for connection's sake it's better to not have too many different modes then.

Any idea on when Salvage or Doubles will come into rotation? Those two and Rumble are the final few grimiores I need but I haven't seen them active in a bit. And I don't believe Private matches work with them unless you absolutely need a full game to get them. It's all just so up in the air.

As for the full team, think that's not required. Doubles is the only one I think won't work in private matches since it's not an option in the game modes. You can have a chance to play salvage in classic 3v3
