I've only ever played Smite, Paragon, and LoL.
I say Paragon, of those three.

Played a match of LoL, didn't like the perspective, characters, or UI. Played a lot of Smite, though it was just arena, the not MOBA mode. Then Paragon came out and I've played a decent amount. I don't know how to describe it. I'm not a huge fan of many characters, sticking to just 3 or 4. But I do think MOBAs work better with the 3rd person perspective.

Yeah, the 3rd Person perspective of Paragon was great. The lack of Characters was the only thing that drew me away from it, I like a lot of variety in MOBAs.

They are releasing quite a few characters for paragon at least one a month. I think they do it every 3 weeks although I haven't played for awhile.
