You can't even get the Crux drop from your first HM Crota. Only from your 2nd HM onwards. At least Google the shit and know the facts before you try to sound badass by lying.

No honestly I don't really care what it said but I know when I got mine and a dude I'm stationed with got his on the first try not to mention the many people claiming they had it drop their first hard mode completion. So do I believe everything I read on the internet, not even close but experience it is another story. Glad you said that actually cuz to many people believe way to much of what they see on the internet.

Unless they changed something since the time of that post, then you have to have gotten the Glowhoo shader in order to get the Crux to drop, meaning that you can't earn it on your 1st HM run.
