I lost mine too. I had 5 on my titan and one key in the postmaster. Lost all 6 next time i signed in.
My other characters still have their keys tho :-/

Same that happened to me. Bungie has never mentioned anything on any patch notes yet. And I'm sure it has happened to many people.
