I had a similar idea.
Equipping all raid set or ToO set will turn them all exotic and grant you an exotic perk.

This is great that other people are thinking about it. Maybe this can be implemented in that wish list on Cozmo's list.

Most ppl especially PvPer don't want it because they like to compare it to the Devision.

Those type of individuals are used to playing with one load out. It's hard for them to have choices. They are more focused on KDR and and someone actually being better than them. I like multiple choices on how I can play my game. Also no one that plays this game can't tell me they never imagined all exotic gear equipped cause that would be pure bluff if they deny that.
