Do you know that the exact same ones drop as legendary's? There is no reason to strive for 25

The perks aren't the same, so there is still a good reason to strive for 25.

Except the exotic (should but are glitched and don't) give bonus faction rep and give off a unique spawn animation

The bonus faction rep is such a small percentage its pretty much negligible.

FWC cloak is ugly. Why did I choose this faction?
