theyll appear after festival of the lost returns, if you atleast had them when the patch of today dropped.

I had them at the last Festival of The Lost, if the kiosk requires you to have kept them this entire time then honestly that's rather poor execution, and means all the things I'd gotten was basically for nothing. Although, that would explain why in Year One I'd had 27 Suros Regimes and yet the Exotic kiosk tells me I've never had the Year One version, and says the same with Necrochasm.

If you didn't have te time when the kiosk was released, then it wasn't unlocked in the kiosk. As for he sparrow horns, each something is wrong there specifically. The only two horns showing my up are the Gjaller-horn and happy horn, despite people having others in their inventory.

commander, it was confirmed that the actualy showing of your masks/horns wont happen till festival of the lost, like, they are registered now, they just need to put them in

Ok, cool then. But that still means the masks are gone f you didn't have them when the collection released.
