After you complete your card, every win after has a chance to give you it. So every win after 9-x can give you the emblem.

Oh i won a game after my flawless then deleted my card , im stupid :(

Your fine. I hope your luck isn't as bad as mine though. Took like 31+ wins after flawless to get it. :(

Took me 1 try for scarabs last year, 1 try for vigilant disciple this year ;)
