Dot should never be how it was in Y1 that shit was crazy. Thorn coming back is already bad enough, if they rebuff the dot, lots of people are just gonna complain again. Keeping someone's regen down for 2-3 seconds is good enough. Doing 7-8 dot damage added on if stupid

Yeah except there's one difference. Y1 didn't have an artifact that reduces damage from dot

Even with it, it's still stupid. Nobody is gonna be using it since the quest is so hard to get

That's the thing. If it's so hard to get, it shouldn't be nerfed to hell. It should be good weapon that gives you a slight edge over other people, ESPECIALLY if it's so difficult to get and you have to do a whole quest to get it.
