If you bought it from ps store or Xbox store it would automatically count as bought for you today and if would start downloading as well. I was able to see the cinematic in game yesterday, but a few days prior it wasn't available to me.

On xbox and cant watch it but store says installed

I just checked it, and it still says purchase and enter code. It says requirements not met. Anything I should do? I clicked on purchase, and it says I already own Rise of Iron, yet I can't watch the cinematic in game

Damn you're on Xbox.. on PS4 what I did was checked my library and there was still a countdown timer until rose, so maybe if you see a timer until it actually becomes active you should be fine.

Yeah I bought it off of Amazon then it transferred me to the PlayStation store to enter it. I was worried nothing happened until the prelude color changes from yellow to grey

Last night I was able to click on rise of iron logo and it would tell me to purchase or enter code. Got on today and it changed to a grey logo with just the prelude video. I pre ordered it a while ago.
