The wage gap exists not because companies discriminate against women, but because men usually work longer, have higher paying jobs, and take less off days. But keep singing "lalalala patriarchy lalalala!"

I have thick skin, but it gets very frustrating when your own community turns on you for disagreeing with them on one thing.
