Ace of spades belongs to a superior weapon class so it wins I pvp by that alone, in pve it's a toss up but considering Fabian is essentially a worse Bad Juju with life support I'm going with Ace there again.

To my knowledge ace of spades has good range sooooo I guess It's a good argument.

Ace of Spades has Ghost Bullets and Bloom. Fabian is a SGA In auto rifle form.

AoS has one of the best ranges for exotic hand cannons currently. Easily.

No. Bad Ju Ju is a completely different weapon.

Bad Juju: Crowd Control (built into string of curses), returns entire magazine on kill (for free), and provides super energy on kill. Bad Juju is missing life support and the Archetype gimmick [i]but[/i] it belongs to a better weapon class, has better range, armor piercing rounds (making it better for mowing through groups), has a better ammo perk, and offers super energy. They're both built to do the same thing but Bad Juju does it better. The only thing Fabian Strategy really has over BJJ is the chance to heal. Fabian Strategy still has ammo problems in the reserves. Fabian strategy isn't bad now and I really enjoy using it, but it's absolutely a step down from Toland's little project.
