He is an idiot he says you can get up for anything but that's complete rubbish...you will only get house of wolves era legendaries not dark below or vanilla.

Yeah, I noticed that. Kack tends to promote the exotics that his fans have "made" (as in stumbled upon photoshop or ms paint and changed in some way.) but it still got me thinking that ROI would be a good time to give us some way to earn Y1 gear through decoherents and legacy legendary engrams. Maybe even segregated by difficulty into vanilla, TDB, and HoW.
