Honestly Titans are pretty balanced already, striker Titans who run SC get a kill about 51% of the time, yes there are outliers, trip mine not sticking and the damage nerf was a little to much but it's still able to take out wounded guardians and the shield is just like a weaker version of the bubble. Stop trying to nerf a balanced class.
Oh and if something is able to get countered 100% of the time it would be worthless and no one would use it.

You can't tell me that SC's target tracking is normal. There really isn't a reason i should Jump over a titan but due to tracking he still hits me, and in top of that, the animation is buggy.

It used to be so bad that you could get a direct hit and no damage would be dealt. But after using SC so much when someone jumps it hits about 50% of the time, being above someone it misses even more often. Like I said before it's a balanced class, the entire Titan class. Each set up has a counter to it, if the counter works or not depends on the skill of the people of said encounter.
