ALL of blink strikes perks were nerfed. They added a delay, and then added another delay. Harambe was an outstanding member of the silverback community.

I'm saying it has more range because that's one of its perks, like how blink strike has a perk that one shots from behind, & how scorch has a perk that gives the user an overshield on hits.
