This weapon is fine, I don't understand why everyone is bitching about it!

They fixed a similar muzzle-flash issue on the Bad Juju last year -- you'd think they would have learned their lesson. But that is mostly just an annoyance instead of a performance complaint: it's a fine gun. But it's mostly a PvE gun. The special perk doesn't help that much in PvP... you actually get more PvP utility out of the perk on the Stranger's Rifle instead. So the other pulse rifles out there actually help a bit more - Bad Juju + Red Death + Legendaries. But in PvE, it's great -- especially against bosses.

Mind you that its intended use is for PvE not PvP, hence its exotic perk

I... Okay, be that way, then. I pulled it out of the Vault and I've been grinding Strikes with it, but I would rather talk to a dead horse than beat it trying to talk to you.
