All blues should be infusable. Heck, all gear should be infusable to max light. The only thing that should determine what gear you wear is the perks. Hence, why rares would still be considered rares and not better than legendaries even though they might be the same light level.
Why does Bungie even have rares/uncommons/commons in the first place if you use them for a week after a new DLC and then they become completely useless garbage for the remaining 1000 hours of playtime? It makes no sense. Give them purpose Bungie! Make blues infusable.

Look at my highest light warlock, he's wearing all blues because all year 2 legendary gear for warlocks is hideous.
