To get the game? If you have ps plus you can get it for free right now or just wait a couple weeks and get it completely free.

I already have it on PS4, but I want it on PC to play with my siblings. And yeah, open beta is Aug 16 right? I wanted to get it as soon as possible because she leaves for college on Aug 22.

Have you tried and made sure it doesn't work with the Epic account linked to your PS4 game if you made one? PlayStation Plus gives you one of the founders packs, so theoretically it might work since account progress is entirely shared between platforms.

Do you think the account would be able to be played on PS4 and PC at the same time?

If you have purchased a founder's pack on any of the systems and linked a Epic Games account to it then it will allow you to download the app if you login to Epicgames.com
