Is it me or does Secret Round actually slow down the rate of fire. I didn't notice it on the hawksaw archetype but it rolled on one of my Maloks and felt like a mid RoF Pulse. Immediately used as infusion fuel.
Doesn't Praedyth's Timepiece have secret round??? It's been a while since I have used it (have it on Xbone not PS4) but that baby fired as fast as the GoM.

Since secret round adds another round to your burst when you miss which adds a fraction of a second more till you can fire the next burst. In year 1 it would instead not remove a bullet from the mag.
