-blam!-ing loved the episode. But I got some questions... Why didn't Coldhands leave the damn horse? Bran can't walk and whatsherface is supposed to drag him to the wall?? Speaking of which, was Bran at the Tree that Jon and Sam swore the oath in front of? If so...maybe she doesn't need to drag him that far? Where was Jora? Seems to me that sooo much time has passed in this one episode, that Jora must be fully covered in scales. I mean Varis went all the way to Dorne, and then Back. The Old Queen of Thornes made it from Highgarden to Dorne and then got troops and boats all the way to slaver's....err Dragon's Bay (some of the boats in Danny's fleet have the Rose symbol on the sails). That's a lot of time. I expect Jora to meet up with Sam, who'll help cure him...and those two are the link between Danny and Jon other than Danny being Jon's...aunt that is. Speaking of Jon...When young Ned enters the tower, he puts Dawn up against the bed. What happens to that sword? Davos is an ass. First of all if Stanis didn't want his kid burned to death she'd still be alive. Melisandra wasn't the King nor the Queen. If Davos was so morally high and mighty why did he stick around after Renley was murdered by the Smoke monster he witnessed? Why did he stick around after so many others were burned to death? How long was the feast at the Frey's? Black Walder and his bro were alive at the start, when Aria was eyeballing Jamie. But, that same day, the brothers are chopped and minced into a baked pie? GOT plays very, very lose with time.

 • 1. In the books, the animal that he rides on is also dead, I believe, so that could be why. Also, he needs it more since they're so close. 2. Possibly the same tree. 3. I have my theory where he is, but it would probably only be further up his arm by now. If you want to know where I think he's going to end up going, check the spoiler below.
Village of the Lhazareen
4. Jorah and Sam are very far from each other. Old Town (where the Citadel is) is on the south-western corner of Westeros. Jorah in the centre-east of Essos. 5. Not sure, but I don't think that was the Sword of the Morning/Dawn, was it? I thought he just picked up his own sword that he'd been disarmed from. In either case, I don't think anything notable happened to it. 6. Being a witness to a Red Priestess's magic and being the priestess that burnt an innocent child alive are two different things. By all rights, she did murder her. Despite thinking it would lift the snows (which it seemingly did) that doesn't wash away the guilt. It's one of those moral dilemmas that we, as people, have to address in our own way. 7. That was actually a different day. I think more than one day passed by my count. Possibly weeks or more. The first time we saw that girl, I don't think it was Arya.

 • Oh nice....a few more c 7. But, Walder didn't recognize her. If so much time had passed, wouldn't that dirty old man have noticed the prettiest girl in his whole keep? She was cute. Much better looking than his current wife. That's why I thought it was the same day...I figured he didn't recognize her because the face was from the hall. But apparently Aria is just roaming around killing people and snatching their faces? 6. I dunno, the morale dilemma was already played out when Cherene's(?) mom hung herself. Just odd to me he'd ask a witch to use magic to bring Jon back, but then flip out when she burned one too many people while under orders. It's not like she burns people because she gets off on it....and no one has been burned to death since Stanis was killed. Just felt like a weak way to get her on her way to meet up with Aria again...as she foretold when she was with the Brotherhood. And Davos...so upset he asked Jon to decide? 5. Pretty sure the Hilt had a sunburst on it. Tho I can't recall when or if he picked it up when...whatsherface's dad(?) saved him from being killed by hitting the awesome dual wielding Kingsguard in the back. In any event only that guy (where did he go?) or the Wet nurses that know and can verify the truth correct? 4. I haven't read the books...and the only map to go by is that awesome clockwork graphic at the beginning. Add to that how fast people move around in the world and I'm like where is he? 3. I dunno where or what that place is nor whom he'd meet there. I figured he might meet that weird woman with the red and gold mask that he seemed to know OR that he'd meet up with Sam since Sam knows Cherene (stanins's daughter) was cured and as such he's aware that there is one. 2. Does he need the tree to do his thing? While Hodor Held the Door, he was in the Matrix (so to speak). I thought maybe it was because his sled was made from the tree that he now had Wifi (for lack of a better description...understand I haven't read the books and the show doesn't say how that works)? 1. Why does he need it more? Where is he going? And what is he going away to take care of? I mean, can't he just go around the wall if the base of the wall is where the magic is? And if so...how did the Walkers that attacked Commander Mormont, inside the castle somehow avoid the problem? TIA!

 • 7. As he said, "You're not one of mine" so she came with one of the camps. It's not uncommon. 6. Imagine if your mother/sister/girlfriend/daughter was burnt at the stake. He's rightfully angry. You're looking at it far too objectively. Why did he ask Jon? Jon is his Lord and commander. Honour, that's why. 5. Yes. He may have just left it there for all we know. Carried the baby out instead. 4. I like this one the best. 3. The former is my guess. 2. Weirwoods are still the "key" for now. During that whole process while Hodor held the door, the Three-Eyed Raven was uploading his whole memory and such into Bran. 1. Benjen needs it more since he's going to keep fighting and hindering the White Walkers. Bran is so close that there's no point in him taking it when he can just get a fresh horse from the Night's Watch. They were brought into the castle by the Night's Watch, remember? They also hadn't fully turned at that point, so it could be a mix of needing to be brought in and not being wights yet.
