Oh ok. Cause i was reading online specifically on reddit posts that some ppl got a reward package at rank 5 and there was at least 1 tier 3 rune

You get a package at every rank from Eris. I don't think any of them have a guaranteed Antiquated Rune, though. I'm pretty sure it's just a chance. If you need it for the Fragments, then I can't help you. You'll just have to pray to RNG for that. If you're looking for them for an artifact, then a Stolen Rune would suffice. Artifacts will randomly drop as rewards for SR completions, and they'll drop at up to 335.

Antiquated Runes are guaranteed to drop AT LEAST one artifact. I've seen 2 drop and have heard some people get 3 from their completions. It had to be your rune, though. Helping someone else won't give you anything but blues. Stolen Runes are definitely your best bet. You can buy them from Eris, they take damn near zero effort to charge, and they drop artifacts more than you'd think. The majority of the 335 artifacts that I have received came from Stolen Runes.
