I use a Righteous VII with Rangefinder. Their base Stability is already really good, with Rangefinder I'm able to do decent damage across most maps. With the SPO-57 sights, hitting (& finding) domes is easier and the Stability keeps it on target without noticable damage falloff at distances better suited for Scouts and Snipers.
Previously, I used a Paleocontact which I thoroughly enjoyed even though I never got a "good" roll.
Zhalo Supercell is my "any kind of weather" gun. PvE, PvP, CoE... doesn't matter. Solid weapon.
Best class AR right now. Low RoFs need a buff and I haven't found a high RoF that I like (and I have what's supposed to be a good Soulstealer's Claw)

Zhalo is awesome (especially when matched with stormcaller and its grenades that have the same change damage effect) The high rate of fire ARs take a lot of recoil control, even with max stability and counter balance, which can make them feel very difficult to use especially for some one who is new to them.

The trick I've found with the high RoF archetype (back when Atheon's Epilogue was the only good one) is to just let the bullets fly. Count on your first 10 rounds to go anywhere but on-target, but hold down on the trigger and you can use it like a laser to just sweep through enemies.
