Please remove class items from HoJ packages. You can buy them for 1 engram already. You also appear to have weighted the drop chance in favour of these items. I've been grinding CoE each week for some better weapons, (ideally a soulstealers claw,) but all mainly all I'm getting is class items. This can't be right. If anyone from bungie comes on here and says that my drops are just down to rng, I'll believe them. (I don't think they can, as too many others in the forums are getting class items.) But please, just take them out. I actually think if you were guaranteed a weapon in each package, you would get more people playing it.
