Totems can be 3 manned, it's been 2-manned by titans. Pre-update.

Warpriest definitely can be 3-manned, if the guy with the aura is dealing consistent damage in between killing an add.
Golgoroth can be 3 manned, has been 2-manned Pre-update by a Titan and nightstalker.
Daughters can NOT be 3-manned. It requires at least 4 people.
Oryx CAN be 3-manned on normal, if at least one is a sunsinger. One can even be a defender and possibly survive the bomb explosion.
