Fast if they are blue, slow if anything else, on a different note has anyone else had non-stop boot engrams dropping from 3oC? The past like 7 I've gotten have ALL been boots...

Warlock perks = no boots!! But it does piss me off when they do every now and again.

Nope. The last couple days I've had 2 helms, 1 boot, 1 primary, and 1 special. The special was Zen Meteor...woo hoo.
