Everything has Microtransactions when you really think about it. Cars, food, your phone. Also, despite inflation and other factors game prices have not gone up in a long time. The cost of making them has. So it's either charge more up front or find a way to recoup cost and turn profit. Im not saying they are all good or all bad. I'm just saying I understand it. Also if it takes the place of a season pass I'm even more for it because in the case of a game like gears I would buy a season pass without thinking about it. So if I can use my money on camos or another game then better for me
