Ye. But isn't that just a pack of default tree designs that's heavily optimized? I am practicing making big environmental assets that a player would potentially walk around on/in.

No, it's a package that makes big environmental assets that a player would potentially walk around on/in. If it was just tree clip-art, it wouldn't be that much use in Destiny or ESO, would it?
