First off their DZ rank means nothing. Second what platform are you on?

DZ rank shows experience so they do have an advantage as well as all high end gear more than likely.

Not sure, maybe they just have really good gear and just out played everyone. Or there is a glitch idk. The only health glitch I know of is the high end mask perk.
