Haha. That's Destiny man (latency lag).
Only a little percentage of players (streamers, you-tubers, that make commercials for Destiny) is allowed to mostly play normally.
The rest of us have to prey for that one "normal" match, once in a while ;)

Are you inferring that destiny servers are set to preferential treatment slanted in favour of those who praise destiny and against those who criticise it? Sounds fairly legit

No. It's just logical, that people which can play normally stream, youtube..... So the rest of the world gets wrong impressions ;)
