If you're putting in arrow, where the flash? He's as much of a part as arrow is

I understand that but the flash in tv or comics? In tv I understand because it is all over the place But in the books he's actually pretty interesting

I'm the books he is not very consistent either (getting punched by Deathstroke). But I didn't want to use comic versions in this battle.
