Better still use division's idea and select mission press x to matchmake then R1 when group is found. Bingo play your mission.

What I found especially refreshing about the Division was getting invited to a fire team in the DZ then instantly joining that team. As opposed to in Destiny getting invited while on patrol , being sent to orbit, waiting to land back on the planet and ending up in the exact same spot you started in.

Feels less stressful than looking for a raid group every week. Bang on click and iam good.

We'll see in a couple weeks if the Division has matchmaking for raids. I haven't really been following if they said they would or not. If they do and it works, there's no reason for Bungie not to follow suit and allow matchmaking for their raids.
