Sigma arrives soon after to help

Murph walks by handing her a large backpack full of supplies. "Pass these out, the people need them."

he takes the bag and nods
him not her

autocorrect
He sees food, water, and ADAM products in the bag.

he starts handing them out

The first man you attempt to hand an MRE to cowers away into a corner. "Spare me! Spare me!"
-
he takes a bottle of water out of the bag and hands it to the man making a low groan sound
-
After covering his eyes for a few seconds, he snatches the water and scurries off. Moments later, 5 people are standing in front of you, hands out for food. You only have 3 MREs left that can be spared for the people, the rest are saved for Runners.

he hands them to the women and children making sure they are fed first

Two men remain, but only one package. One looks to be older, and is dressed casually. The other is wearing dirty clothes and looks tired.

he gives to food to the older man

Jack rushes him to the medical wing, making sure he stays stable. "This is the second time I've ever had to do this. And last time it was with a guy in riot armour."
-
"This guy wasn't so lucky I see... Damn. Round went straight through his chest. I'm no doctor, but there's a lot of important organs in that area."
-
"Yeah. Your arm is fairly important too, but I'm still around. Hey, please tell me you have some antiseptics."
-
"We should." He motions to the doctors who scramble for supplies as Murph lays him on a bed. "That satchel you brought, give it to me."
-
He tosses it to you, and inspects the man's wounds again. "Shit. This'll need a lot of stitches."
-
[under his breath] "...If he survives..." He starts to shuffle through the bag, passing the plasmids, as if he's looking for something specific. "What exactly happened out there? How'd he get the wounds? Is that shrapnel in his chest?"
-
"I think so. He fell and I managed to make sure he didn't hit the ground too hard. And I heard that. I've seen soldiers fight doing all but holding their guts in."
-
"He's not exactly a soldier, but he does have a cause." Murph stops searching the satchel after pulling out a folder. "Keep an eye on him, I'll be right back." The doctors come back, observing his wounds. [Doctor] "So, any wounds besides the bullet, shrapnel, possible broken bones, and other bullet wound in his arm?"
-
"If I had to take a guess, shrapnel does a lot of internal shit. If he needs a kidney I've still got 2."
-
"I'll be sure to keep that in mind." He waves you off as they begin removing metal and assessing his internal injuries.
-
He waits in the room in case he can be of any help.
-
One doctor exits and looks at you grimly.
-
"He didn't make it I'm guessing?"
-
"He's alive, er, for the moment. His lungs and ribs were quite damaged, and the bullet barely missed his heart. We've done all we can, all that can be done now is wait. He may be conscious in a few hours, for better or worse."
