just picked up my elite a week ago
hardest part of the controller is remapping your brain to hit paddles for jump/reload/crouch/weapon swap

Its not mandatory to do it though right? Like i really just want to use one paddle for my right trigger so i can basically use 2 triggers if that's possible

You can map buttons and triggers to whatever u want is my understanding. I only mapped abxy to paddles
