Hopefully they'll release a more accurate one as a permanent unlock like the H2 BR.
Doubtful though.

Don't think so. It's too strong to be a perma unlock. And while its not a 100% accurate version of the god gun it's close enough. At least for 343

Do they at least let you use it in custom like the BR and SPNKr?

Yep that's how I know everything about it. I haven't played a crap ton of halo so I'm still working on silver packs req wise so I don't have it yet.
