It allows most companies to ship games on less CD and inject the patches and fixes done in the last few months/weeks without having to rewrite to all the production discs.
Nothing new, get used to it.

My point is that the game has been sitting here since beta, they had a month to implement a patch and get shit in order. I paid for this product, and made sure I had it downloaded and everything I could possibly do to be ready for it to go.. I should not have to keep waiting and waiting. Also, 'get used to it'... get fooked son, you may be ok with being given the run around, but that shit don't fly with me.

Come back to me when you learn to code in python, unix, or even java. There's a lot more to inplimenting code and it's easier to inject into a patch. Just because a beta build has been ready doesnt mean they weren't patching issues up until the last day. You obviously have no knowledge of how coding or game scripts work outside of "IM GONNA BITCH BECAUSE I CANT GET INSTANT GRATIFICATION" Go back to kindergarten because you obviously aren't mature enough to be anywhere higher than that.
