how many times have you been kicked BEFORE you have even played a single run (or just being denied cause you told them you didn't have a mic)? i think i have been around 120 times, and im 319 on my main, 316 on my titan, and 314 on my warlock ( and i promise you i am very good at raiding).
My KD is low cause my brother plays 6 v 6 on this account, He is awful, so my KD sucks. chill out on trying to find my "faults". it makes you look insecure.
Edit: talk about judging a book by its cover! I have been flawless 7 times in year 2, have a 319, a 317 and a 314, i have scarab, and people still think a mic is required for activities! Seriously, if you think someone needs a mic before you know how skilled they are, maybe you are the low skilled one.
Edit" i Just beat oryx challenge twice on tuesday so it is irrelevant
Edit: YEAH, i have ****ing 15 dollars, i just really don't like using a mic and id rather not blow money on a useless piece of junk

Edited by NonOffensiveID1: 2/16/2016 10:43:44 PMI don't understand how people don't have mic, the PS4 comes with one. They only cost about $7 on eBay, if you lose it break it.
-
15 RepliesYou can buy a starter mic for about $5. I don't see the problem.
-
Can't speak for Xbox but all new ps4's come with a mic. Also you can purchase a plug in mic for under $20. Put down the game and cut a lawn or shovel some snow. The exercise will do you good and you will have the funds to be able to communicate with other players. Raids don't require communication but it makes them so much easier. Stop complaining and formulate a solution.

I don't have a mic, and very rarely. Of course, because I know how complex KF is, I've never tried it.
-
6 RepliesIf you can't buy a 20 dollar mic then you're probably 12 and would be kicked from a raid anyways for being a squeaker
-
My mic broke, so i don't raid often, but last night my friend was doing the raid so i joined and finally completed it, just need to find all the fragments for ToM
-
I am always listing even if I can't talk at the moment.
-
Just use a pair of headphones. They're less than $20.
-
I didn't get kicked even once, because when I couldn't use my mic I post exactly that. Took a little longer but didn't have to worry plus it was usually a more skillful group that didn't care about the mic.
-
1 ReplyDon't have a mic : can't raid : don't know how to do the raid : want to raid : don't have mic and also doesn't know how to raid It's a viscous cycle
-
Y1 no one ever noticed I never had my Mic on.
-
At top of what people have said, and how cheap mics can be. . . Someone who utterly refuses to buy a mic, so they don't have to talk to people, is kind of a giveaway of what type of person they are. And is extremely prone to rage quiting.
-
Your system almost certainly came with a mic which is very easy to use...why not stop trying to be a special snowflake and just use it?
-
2 RepliesI raid almost every week mic-less, 319 on my main so people assume I know what I'm doing. Only been kicked once. The LFG groups I find are usually mature enough to understand that you don't have to speak 24/7 to get things done.
-
I raid with friends. So when my mic was out of commission they understood. Also for trials. My first year 2 flawless was during this mic-less period.
-
If you have a ps4 you should all have mics WTF ARE you talking about micless idiot. Don't tell me you guys didn't know about the free mic given to you inside the ps4 box.
-
4 RepliesWhen I used to run sword I always run it better without a headset, but before I unplugged I told the fire team that its only vinny dances means FIRE
-
Buy a mic you scrub
-
4 RepliesI don't understand how you can't have access to a mic in this day and age
-
I've run with randoms many times, everyone is usually high lvl & knows what to do. I play without saying much usually unless someone is fckn up over and over, then I'll knock some sense his way and then silent again.
-
What does this mean.... GET A MIC
-
1 ReplyEdited by Hidden Boxs: 2/16/2016 9:50:07 AMI just did challenge mode micless with 30 mins left at the start. 3 tries one kid kept mess in up kicked him replaced did two runs done with 10 mins to spare. The key is you need to be host. U need a talkitive guy to read your messages aloud. And smart glass so you can text messages fast and copy paste directions to anyone who messages u "inv" This is what I sent everyone
1 grabs gaze hits orb L1 we dps. 234 juggle. 5 we shoot down orb R1 the 6 grabs and we dps again. I'm five
The whole kf raid requires communication I got banned every now and then but I understand why
-
Once ._. I don't raid sigh randoms ._. I joined a friend once The leader booted me but that's all
-
2 RepliesIt sucks that people get booted for running no-mic. I personally like running silent raids sometimes. Really. If I sherpa a King's Fall, 9 times out of 10 the guy with no-mic gets the raid down faster than the guy with a mic. You listen better when you aren't using a mic. There are also lots of reasons why someone might not be able or want to use one, and I don't think they should be judged for that! As for raiders who do KF HM CM 3x every week, surely you and your baller team are good enough and practised enough to do it with little or no communication. If you still have to call Totems switches, then I for one wouldn't raid no-mic with you.

A mic is less than £10 in some places. Buy one.
get gud skrub
