A beta a month before the game's release? I highly doubt it.
If it happens then i won't play it since i already played enough in the alpha and closed beta and i want to keep the rest of the game's enjoyment for the full release.

Rainbow six open beta was what ? a week before release ?

-
They'll probably do it to see how the servers handle under a larger load. But yea if you've already played both the alpha and the closed beta there'd be no reason to play another beta.
-
Indeed, hopefully this game will be the break Ubi has for their horrendous bug-filled games.
-
I'll play it with my friends who are too lazy/poor to pre order, other than that I see no purpose.
-
Pretty understandable, my buddies and i played both the alpha and the closed beta so we are probably not gonna play the open beta again, for those who haven't played it good for them.

There was a rainbow six beta a week before it's release

The open beta will likely be the same thing with minor tweaks(if any). It's more about getting people to play than anything.

Why would we start again from scratch so we can start again from scratch on the game's release because there's no saved progression.
-
Nobody said you had to play. The whole point of the open beta is to get everybody who wasn't in the closed beta into the game. That's it.

I doubt they're going to put any spoilers in the beta. I fail to see your logic of enjoying it now means you won't enjoy it later? If that's the case you either will or won't like it.

The fuck? i'm talking about not playing the open beta the whole time so we can save our excitement for later, we already enjoyed the game a lot and starting from scratch again on a open beta and then start again for the full game won't be very exciting for us, this happened with a lot of games that got like 2 or 3 betas before launch. I'm not talking about spoilers or shit.

You really think they'll the beta will have even 1/10 of the content as the full game will have? It won't matter how much you'll play this "demo" so to speak, the full game will still be very different in terms of features unlocked. Nothing will be spoiled, regardless of how many betas you play. You either like the game or you don't, thus why so many people want to try it out in this beta
I'm not talking about how many features they introduce into the open beta are gonna change my opinion of the game, is that i don't personally want to start again from scratch doing the same thing i did on the alpha and the closed beta so i can enjoy the game more when i play the full game.
Nothing will be spoiled, regardless of how many betas you play
. It's about my personal enjoyment, i want to play the full division game without feeling it repetitive (which this game will reek of), hence the point that i do not want to play the open beta.
