Far from perfect. Counterbalance is better than rodeo, armor piercing isn't great, high caliber rounds is best imo, and glass half fulls benefits are minuscule. I'd go for something like 3rd eye.

Not terrible, not amazing. Counterbalance+a good scope are your main things. Aside from that High Caliber is a huge preference of mine, and the third perk isn't crucial. I prefer 3rd eye since I'm used to it.
